An Old Saw

After days and days and days of "I really can't stand to be this miserable. I was a fool to give up hope. Where can I get strength and hope?" I've come to "Well I guess I can stand to be this miserable." Actual coping is a coping skill.

It's surprising how much stress you find you can actually take, when you put your mind to it, you just have to be more stubborn than the drama.

Though keeping mind and body together is a full time job sometimes.

Hang in there...

If someone can survive seven days under rubble with just supermarket staples I guess we just all have to shut the heck up and sit the hell down.

Trouble is, putting that pesky little theory into practice.
