It's Alive!

Here is my garden: Cucumbers, watermelon, oregano, parsley, cilantro, bell peppers, tomatoes, basil, green onions, cantaloupe, garlic, peas, rosemary, lettuce, carrots, spearmint, cabbage, dill, spinach, sunflowers, and potatoes. The basil and cantaloupe are limping along, but I'm hoping they will improve when it warms up.

My God, you're psychic. I just got through posting about MY tiny garden.

But yours is real -- mine's just a balcony garden. When I actually HAD a garden I used to grow corn (boy, does that take up a lot of space!) green peppers, cucumbers, you name it! But there's no space for it here.

I wish you could somehow email me a basket of your produce every couple of weeks.

You go, girls and boys! (That's what I call my herbs).

WOW -- seriously, WOW. How on earth do you find time to do this! I've got three tomato plants and a few bell peppers in containers. The tomatoes are going great guns, but the peppers are scraggly.

Thanks, we pull a few weeds, but otherwise they pretty much grow themselves!

So far we've harvested lettuce for salad. Probably about $10 worth already!

If I get anything worth sending, we'll have to see about that! : )
