The Secret Life of Please

I'm sorry I've been in a little funk ever since I finished this tearjerker book and I took my mom for a haircut. It was very strange for me...

I have yet to read this.

Hmm, I actually wish it had BEEN about bees . . . kind of a shame that the author named it that only to find out that bees were not involved in the production.

I actually DO wonder what goes on in the hive . . . I really do! Maybe _I_ should write that book.

This is the most awesome post with bees: http://twobusy.typepad.com/twobusy/2008/12/tiny-bodies-electric-with-rage.html

I got the book as a present and didn't read the back. I didn't realize it was about a girl searching for answers. And left me broadsided by emotion when... I wake up in nightmares wondering what I can say. But we are three comments down a blogpost and if you are here, you are a friend or at least a diehard. I got a call from CSB for the elderly, they wanted to make sure I was taking care of my mom because a neighbor went in a few months ago and saw a lot of pizza boxes. She ate a lot of pizza while I was laid up from surgery. So now that I'm back on my feet I'm trying to help more, take her to the store. I cleaned her house and I could barely walk for 4 days even though my kids helped me. So I took her to get a haircut and that unrepresses a major cluster**** of the last summer she was there. And she doesn't remember anything now and I only have things to piece together like I do, http://qaro.blogspot.com/2008/05/we-take-your-picture-not-your-soul.html.

I cut a snip out of my hair. Absolutely the biggest mistake of my entire life.
