Less is more! We did a reorganization of the kids room and got rid of the junk and donated a few things. There is so much more space. We got rid of the clear plastic boxes that had cracks. To stand on a soapbox for a second, clear plastic boxes are dangerous. Z and I have both been cut by them. The opaque storage bins like rubbermaid are much safer and tend to bend rather than crack into jagged edges...
We got our Christmas tree! $15 for a Scotch pine at Home Depot. Thanks, Home Depot! : ) I wanted to drive home with it on top of the car. Because how many times a year do you get to drive around with a tree tied to the top of your car??? (Seriously, a tree on top of the car is usually a bad thing.) But we got a small one and the trunk is big, so it went in the trunk. It got home fine and we pulled out the decorations and the boys did a beautiful job.

He needed 19 stitches in his cheek just under his eye when he was 5.
Gosh, that was one of the worst days of my life.
The scar has faded and he's gorgeous now though.
