In five minutes of watching Zappos shoe orders in real time, I learned:
High heels are only popular in New York City. Thigh high boots are strangely popular in Boston considering the imminent Spring. Oregon loves their flip flops.

I just spent the last 15 minutes watching Zappos, and I'm pleased to say that more people ordered comfortable/sensible shoes than ordered heels. Lots of heels in LA!
It's really boring at 6 am!
